1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "a9ph" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at a9ph.cam, including all subpages, services, applications, and features offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of a9ph's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's a9ph Account at any given time.

3. Eligibility

To register and use a9ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all real-money gaming platforms operating in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not have a pre-existing a9ph Account that has been suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of a9ph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

4. Account Registration and Security

Players may hold only one Account on the a9ph Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. a9ph relies on this information for KYC verification, account recovery, and financial transaction processing. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify a9ph immediately through our live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

a9ph reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time. Identity documents typically required include: a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases, documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

7. Rules of Play

All games on the a9ph Platform — including live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, crash games, bingo, and rummy — are governed by their individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface or game category page. In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

For live casino games, a9ph uses certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. Game outcomes are determined by each provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer action captured on video. a9ph does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9ph Platform. Breach of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the processing of proceeds of unlawful activity through your a9ph Account.
• Transferring Account credits to other players or receiving credits from other players' Accounts.

• Attempting to circumvent any geolocation restriction, security measure, or responsible gaming tool imposed by a9ph.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the a9ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the property of a9ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the a9ph Platform without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9ph, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, technical errors, or system downtime beyond a9ph's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by a9ph in good-faith compliance with PAGCOR requirements or anti-money laundering obligations.

Nothing in this Agreement limits a9ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. a9ph's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

a9ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or financial transactions, a9ph may escalate to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as a second step.
